Complaints Procedure

Upon receipt of your complaint, our business aims to provide a response within five days. We will then schedule a convenient date to assess and/or rectify the situation within 28 days.

If our business’s complaint procedure fails to resolve your issue to your satisfaction, you may need to seek an alternative complaint service. In the event of a “deadlock,” where both parties cannot reach a mutually acceptable resolution, you may escalate your complaint.
